Inventory Production Administrator Salt location Auckland.
You will be part of a high performing team and well supported with training. This is a very busy role - it is crucial that you can confidently and competently carry out all tasks, and in addition, you will have excellent communication skills.
What will i be doing manage stock transfers to and from the cool store operation. Administer and maintain the required MPI and NZ food Safety Authority documentation. Administer daily production orders and ensure all products are recorded accurately into the Xims Content Management system. Undertake product quality and temperature assessments. Reconcile inventory for accounting purposes.
2 years' experience in an inventory administration or supply chain role - FMCG experience would be an advantage. Proven experience with computer management systems and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and under time pressure. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Available Immediately and can commit to a 7-month temporary assignment. You will be required to work a few hours once a fortnight on a Sunday.
