OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for professional growth. Many of our team started in this role and are now in leadership.

YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about ensuring smooth logistics operations and maximizing efficiency?

Working from Orchard Hills, on the lands of the Dharug people, your role will be critical to our successful operations in the following ways:

Coordinate inventory and logistics activities to achieve business objectives

Manage COMSARM inventory system and process stock redistribution requests

Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain service standards and resolve issues

Analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to operational enhancements

Monitor ADF and Depot operations, providing recommendations for improvement

Participate in Operations Group activities and projects

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Logistic Management or equivalent

Experience with commercial inventory systems

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Desirable knowledge of Defence supply chain and inventory systems
