Inventory Controller Madison Recruitment Ltd location Auckland.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Inventory Controller based within the Healthcare sector. My client has been a dedicated service provider of healthcare products and services to the New Zealand market for the last 20 years. Committed to investing in its people and services we are seeking a “can do, will do” person to join a high performing, dedicated and passionate team. South Auckland Location, Free Parking, High Performing Teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to Create Purchase Orders. Inwards Goods Processing Support. Creating supplier reports. Answering customer enquires. New material creation and modification. Stocktakes and destruction. Investigate and reconcile stock variances. Following and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Contributing and working towards the Inventory team annual goals.

Required qualifications/experience confident in working with Excel (Pivot tables and VLook Up desired). Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, both verbal and written. Strong inter-personal and relationship-building skills.

Preferred qualifications/experience 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Previous experience in either supply chain or logistics is desired. SAP or any ERP system experience is preferred. Ability to manage and work towards deadlines. Be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
