Reporting to the Business Manager and working alongside the Sales Team, you will:

Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Support internal sales processes, including quoting, job setup, and CRM management.
Engage with clients and subcontractors to build strong, lasting relationships.
Identify market opportunities and contribute to profitability through strategic insights.
Reactivate dormant accounts and generate new business leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
