A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a person with great administration, data entry and customer service skills to join our internal sales support team. As an integral member of our group, your role will include:

Telephone customer service and internal sales with trade accounts
Providing exceptional customer service
Keying of orders
Liaison with manufacturing and dispatch teams
Interaction with the field trade sales team members
ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service team
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Excellent data entry skills
Experience/Knowledge of the Building, Engineering or Fabrication industry will be highly regarded
Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
