The Opportunity
Based in our Dandenong branch, we are currently seeking an Internal Sales - Administrator to support our Sales Department by providing end-to-end tender and sales administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring machine builds, orders and deliveries are processed accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sale Representatives
Preparing and maintaining tender documentation
Processing sales administration for new and used equipment in line with the Sales Manual and QA requirements
Receiving inbound sales enquiries, qualifying opportunities, and logging leads accurately within CRM
Raising purchase orders on approved vendors for accessories and freight within required timeframes
Liaising with internal and external customers and stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships
Conducting bi-monthly stocktakes
Coordinating warranty documentation and sales merchandise ahead of scheduled deliveries
To be successful in your application, you will need:
Previous experience in sales administration is preferred
Experience using CRM or similar database systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service focus with the ability to handle enquiries professionally
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work to strict deadlines
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
