However, it is our service that makes us stand out from our competitors. Currently there is an opportunity for an Internal Sales and Stores Assistant at our Seven Hills office in NSW.
The duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to liaising with customers and sales teams to provide appropriate product requirements and technical support Preparing quotes, Providing appropriate technical solutions, Counter sales. Assisting the full time Storeman when necessary packing orders, Receipting goods.
Customer Service standards provide a consistently high level of service to our customers in a prompt and pleasant manner. Ensure accurate and prompt response or referral of all customer requests and respond to assigned requests in a timely manner. Maintain the highest ethical standards and confidentiality in dealing with our customers and each other. Develop individual skills and knowledge that will better serve our customers.
The candidate has at least 2 years full-time experience in the Pneumatics/Industrial Automation/Vacuum industry. Has excellent communication and negotiation skills with the demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients. Has strong integrity and honesty (references required). Tertiary education completed in an electro-mechanical discipline would be highly regarded.
