About the company this is an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join an internal team working temporarily for a well-known and respected mining organisation.

About the role you will assist in the recruitment of blue-collar roles for the internal team. This role will suit someone who has prior mining recruitment experience and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Duties manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Organising documentation for new starters. Assist in onboarding of new hires where required. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to hiring managers.

Skills & experience the successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, be a fast learner with a sense of urgency who thrives under pressure and demonstrates initiative. To be considered for this role you must have experience in a similar role ideally within the mining, oil & gas or related industries advantageous.

Proven experience in supporting volume recruitment campaigns. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead. Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude. Strong attention to detail.
