About the role salary Clerk Grade 3/4 ($74,117 - $81,158) pa + Superannuation + Annual Leave Loading. Position Type Ongoing Permanent - Full Time. Location Campbelltown. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as an Integration Support Worker. You will be providing support and assistance to the residents of the Integration Support Centre (ISC) and facilitate effective and efficient implementation of the CSNSW's ISC policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

As an Integration Support Worker, you will be required to assess new residents in line with the aims of the ISC and develop individual Integration Support Plans (ISP). Including assistant to the residents in the development of independent living skills. You will also be required to have high attention to detail for case management record keeping and use of technology.

Essential requirements successful applicants are required to be fully vaccinated and able to provide acceptable proof of vaccination status. First Aid Certificate or willingness to attain within 3 months (Appropriate training will be provide by CSNSW, if necessary). Current driver license and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role. Post-secondary educational qualifications and/or equivalent experience in welfare-related work or social science environment.
