As an Integration Analyst, you will support the broader Digital and Technology teams by delivering solution-focused integration outcomes for both external and internal stakeholders. You will act as the technical representative across integration functions, understanding requirements and collaborating with teams to ensure effective technical implementation and continuous improvement.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at the Blackwoods National Office in Macquarie Park.

About the role:

Carry out low-code development, implementation, documentation, and support using Boomi Managed Cloud Services (MCS)
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and digital and technology stakeholders in BAU activities and projects to achieve business objectives, align to Blackwoods standards
Conduct unit tests, system integration tests and provide support for UAT
Perform debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting of system integration issues
Improving operational metrics and supporting continuous improvement efforts
Provide BAU level-2 support (including incident management and prioritised incident escalation)
About you:

Certified in Boomi, with a robust minimum of 3 years’ hands on technical development experience in Boomi Managed Cloud Services (MCS) integration platform and its related technologies
Previous experience in message modelling (XML, Flat File, JSON)
Proficient with Azure API management, monitoring and logging solutions
Exposure to Azure integration services
Capable of collaborating with other technical teams and guiding people through a process
Possess strong organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities effectively
