Description
We require an integrated producer with an agency background and a passion for production and project management to join our thriving team.
You’ll get to deliver the best creative and omni-channel outputs for integrated campaigns. You will be responsible for making things happen, everything from the initiation of a project to reporting on delivery across a variety of channels.

The role is to:
Manage medium to large integrated campaign projects for Google Global across multi-channel outputs delivering Video, Display, Social, Search, Print and Experiential.
Managing multiple projects from end-to-end, including discovery, SOW and requirements documentation, estimating, timeline management, resourcing, budget management, and project status reporting.
Managing delivery approach for complex multi-disciplinary workstreams; project timelines and budgets for single projects and also program level portfolios or products (handling multiple workstream dependencies).
Attend and support shoot production as required.
Art buying and creative license negotiation.
Manage post-production projects involving edit, animation, audio, finishing and rollout.
Skills you’ll need:
3-4 years experience as an integrated producer from an agency background
First-rate project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once
Expertise in internal and external people and stakeholder management, forward planning, and relentlessly solutions-focused.
Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to learn new tools
To be eager to grow and expand your production skills
To follow robust Production processes with the aim of delivering all your projects on time, on budget, and to the highest production value possible for the scope of the project.
