Who We’re Looking for we need genuine, hardworking people who are already based in Australia (this role requires local knowledge of safety regulations). Has a White Card and Working at Heights Card (or are willing to obtain them).

Holds a valid Australian Driver’s Licence. Has an Australian Business Number (ABN). Is familiar with Australian safety standards, roofing materials, and worksite expectations. Understands the unique challenges Australian homeowners face with renewable energy systems. Preferred backgrounds: Electricians, Solar Installers, Pest Controllers, Roofers.

The Work We do our team is responsible for installing high-quality patent pending solar protection systems that keep solar installations safe, efficient, and bird-free. You’ll be working on rooftops, using industry-leading materials, and ensuring families get the most out of their solar investment.

Compensation & Work structure pay is based on skill level, experience, and employment type. We offer full-time, part-time, and contractor roles. Shifts Available – We’re looking for people who can work a minimum of 3–7 days per week. Progression Opportunities – If you’re the right fit, we’ll train you for higher roles within the company.

3-Month Trial Period – We offer a 3-month trial period where you will be employed as a subcontractor to ensure you’re the right fit for the team and the role. During this time, we’ll assess your work ethic, teamwork, and ability to meet company standards. Candidates who successfully complete the trial will be offered a permanent role with progression opportunities.
