Inside Sales Executive location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East. Job Type Full-Time. Education Level N-Level. Perm inside sales executives, long term commitment, location paya lebar / aljunied, (must be comfortable to travel outdoor), pay $3000 basic + commission + allowances, working hours 9am to 6pm (mon to fri). Job scope generate sales lead through business sales calls to prospect customers, answer questions about products or the company, ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales, proactively establish list of potential customers and qualify sales leads through calls, direct prospects to the frield sales team when needed, enter and update customer information in the database, take and process orders in an accurate manner, confirm orders placed with field sales representatives, schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers, handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation, go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales, keep records of calls and sales and note useful information, produce daily sales progress update/report. Requirement proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role, proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone have experience in b2b & telesales min 1 year, preferably have experience in sales, good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. crm software) and telephone systems, ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects, english active, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cool-tempered and able to handle rejection, outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints, able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude.
