Job descriptions build and develop customer rapport, support and loyalty by maintaining a continuous high level of customer service via telephone communication and personal interaction. Possess a good understanding of company's products and its applications to assist the team in increasing sales by continually engaging with assigned accounts.
Keep abreast of new company products and services. Effectively identifies customers’ needs, provides information and promotes company products and services to customers. Identifies and harnesses upselling opportunities and to maintain and increase the income streams. Seeks customers’ feedback on customer service experience and identifies areas for future service improvement. Provides support to other team members and assists in ad-hoc/ special tasks as assigned by supervisor/ manager.
Collect voice of customer to drive product offering expansion and promote new products and services to customers. Collaborate with others on Customer’s Term and Condition & technical requirement, after receipt of order in term of documentation and inspection before delivery. Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Sales & Customer.
Must be able and willing to develop and coach others and constructively review the work of others in order to Improve and advance the skills, knowledge and performance levels to serve customer better. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are highlighted, complied and Implemented within the team. Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM for case management and reporting.
Requirements minimum education level: Diploma / Degree in Engineering related fields. At least 2 years of working experience in relevant industries.
