Indoor sales location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East.

Position title Indoor Sales [ retail ]. Working location Ubi Road 1. Working days 6 days per week [ rotate 1 day off on weekday]. Working hours 10:30am – 8:30pm. Salary $1700 - $1,900 + comm [ ave $300 ].

Job requirements ability to learn and sell quickly as our product are refreshed constantly. Sales oriented, committed to hitting sales target. Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Possess good interpersonal & communication skills. Meticulous and pay attention to details. Self-motivated & commitment for customer service excellence.

Knowledge about lighting and bathroom products will be an advantage. Proficient in English and Mandarin will be an advantage to communicate with the Mandarin speaking customer. Learn about all our products specifications and their selling point.

Constantly update knowledge on new products. Achieve established monthly sales goals. Ensure excellent customer service (including after sales service). Attend to customers' enquiries on products. Issue product sales orders. Liaise with external vendors on stock availability. Stocktaking, Check customer sales orders for defects & working condition before sending out for delivery, Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of store, Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
