Individualised Funding Administrator Presbyterian Support Northern location Auckland.
About the role we are looking for an experienced administrator to assist our Individualised Funding team. The successful candidate will work as part of a committed Team that support Disabled People and their family Whanau with all aspects of Individualized Funding (Ministry of Health). We require a switched-on Administrator ensure effective delivery of service and support.
The main duties of this role are process payroll. Loading data / information/ maintaining employee details in the payroll system. Set up and maintain client files, client database, and other recording systems. Support clients/agents with administrative queries.
Maintain correspondence with NASC, clients and relevant others. Managing email queries. Assistance with the collation of data for monthly report. The ability to priortise workloads. Sending out of statements – this task requires intensive checking.
Exceptional attention-to-detail skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of the English language. Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Strong administration processing ability.
Computer proficiency. Multi-tasking skills. Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced, friendly team environment. Ad hoc office support, ordering suppliers etc. Assisting with answering phone calls, and general office duties, Filing, photocopying and assembling client packs.
You will need to have experience or relevant training in a wide range of Administration Tasks. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with a wide range of disabled clients and their networks. Some understanding of NZ employment laws.
Understanding of basic budgeting. Good understanding of the principles of Individualised funding and Enhanced Individualised funding will be beneficial. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Strong attention to detail. A sound understanding of working in a diverse cultural environment.
High customer delivery ethics, and excellent attention to detail. Self-sufficient, a self-starter, and highly motivated to achieve results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). A keen eye for accuracy and detail to ensure information being entered is correct.
Well developed oral presentation skills. Effective technology and report writing skills. Sound time management and prioritisation. Full NZ Drivers License and the flexibility to travel when required. A willingness to support other team members.
