Key responsibilities assist team members in creating, developing, and managing tour programs within a structured yet dynamic environment. Work with PPG Tours to curate innovative experiences, contributing to our multi-award-winning reputation.

Collaborate with the sister company, PPG Events, providing flexibility and freedom for personal and professional growth. Develop and implement programs, following their lifecycle to gain comprehensive insights into the travel and tourism industry.

Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and suppliers to enhance your written and verbal communication skills within a supportive environment. Demonstrate dedication and passion for customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability in a constantly evolving landscape.

Requirements experience inbound travel experience in New Zealand is an advantage but not necessary. Skills strong computer skills are essential. Availability willingness to work weekends during the high season and the potential for travel if desired. Residency must be a permanent resident to apply.
