Inbound Customer Service Advisor 4C Recruitment Solutions location Sydney. $50,000 - $54,999.
Global technology company, Start in October, Outstanding training, Full time and part time, Flexible hours - Monday to Saturday, WFH. These busy customer-focused roles are suited to tech savvy, energetic and team-oriented people who love assisting customers and solving problems. Reporting to a Team Leader you will contribute to the teams’ success by giving specialist advice and guidance to customers.
Responsibilities will include inbound calls from retailers and customers. Problem solving and trouble shooting. Providing first class customer service. Promoting new products. Working cooperatively within a team environment. Achieving KPIs and targets. Four weeks training will be run full time, M-F 8.30am to 4.30pm, commencing mid October after training you can work part time or full time, Up to you.
To be successful you will need to have excellent communication and influencing skills. Fabulous problem solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. A customer focus and the ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Variety of shifts and hours available, full time and part time.
