Inbound Call Centre Operator Australian Personnel Solutions location Melbourne. Salary $28.37 per hour.

APS have partnered with an experienced provider of electronic and white good products to assist them in finding the best of the best in the customer service game. We are seeking multiple individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment to join the team in Knoxfield. Successful applicants will need to determine customers needs, record information and provide solutions.

This role requires staff to be available for an ongoing casual role Monday to Friday for 38 hours a week between 8.30am - 7.00pm on a set roster. Current hours at 9am - 5pm due to Covid.
