Inbound Call Centre Consultant Australian Personnel Solutions location Melbourne. Salary $29.40 per hour.
APS have partnered with an experienced provider of electronic and white good products to assist them in finding the best of the best in the customer service game. We are seeking 6 individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment to join the team in Knoxfield. Successful applicants will need to determine customers needs, record information and provide solutions.
This role requires staff to be available for an ongoing casual role Monday to Friday for 38 hours a week between 8.30am - 7.00pm on a set roster. From now until the end of Feb/ start of March 2021. Current hours at 9am - 5pm, but you will need to be flexible from 8.30am -7pm for shifts.
About the role full training is provided in class room style environment (social distancing rules will be applied). You'll be welcomed by a friendly team with a positive work culture. Experience with customer service is a must.
Experience handling enquiries over the phone and via email. Ability to manage a large amount of inbound calls with a focus to deliver customer needs. Fantastic work ethic. Intermediate computer skills. Strong written and verbal skills. Accurately record information while liaising over the phone with customers. Parking is provided free of charge, easy access and hassle free.
