Key criteria no less than 2 years demonstrated experience in a Level 2 Helpdesk ICT Support role, including supporting end-users. Demonstrated experience managing Windows 10 environments, SCCM/MDT and Active Directory. Relevant Tertiary or Diploma qualifications and industry certifications in Service Management methodologies such as ITIL.

Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills. Experience within a school environment is preferred. Support of the Catholic ethos and learning culture of the College. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of current child safe principles.
