ICT Support Officer Trinity Grammar School Summer Hill location Sydney. To commence as soon as possible Trinity Grammar School is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join their existing ICT Services Team. The role is based in our Summer Hill Campus.  The role will require you to be a proactive and customer service focused Support Officer and be an active contributor to the ICT Services team, ensuring all jobs in the Helpdesk Platform are prioritised and actioned in accordance to the ICT Service Delivery Standards. This role provides Level 1 and Level 2 ICT technical support assisting teachers and students to make the best possible use of computer based technologies in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Assisting in the configuration, deployment and maintenance of the Standard Operating Environment the successful candidate will use their computer hardware and software knowledge, supported by excellent communication and customer service skills and a clear understanding of how technology can be used to enhance the learning experience to ensure the ICT Services, functions and operations are working as expected. Your awesome interpersonal skills will be utilised in collaborating with ICT staff to facilitate the delivery of special projects.  To succeed in this role you will be comfortable exceeding expectations working with a reasonably high level of autonomy and ownership of tasks and project coordination, supporting ad-hoc application and data related requests.
