About the role we have an exciting vacancy for an ICT Services Officer to join our team at DHSV. This role reports to the Team Leader, ICT Services, and you will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 services support and advice to users, in addition to system administration duties across The Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne (RDHM), DHSV and Community Agencies. A bit about you providing high quality level support services to customers of DHSV, which includes the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne and Community Agencies. Creating and maintaining documentation of end user procedures and processes instructions, technical documentation, knowledge base articles, testing and system configurations, as required. Assisting callers with technical support related to hardware, software, applications and network. Conducting investigations and recording in detail the actions taken, diagnostic information, outcomes and time taken to complete the enquiry. Previous experience in an ict service desk or support role, experience using microsoft windows and office suite, ability to prioritise and plan workload to ensure compliance with sla’s, deadlines and timeframes.
