A great role exists for an ICT Service Delivery Analyst, with solid MS Office 365 and general IT experience to join our Melbourne based client on a 6 month contract. This role requires a Service Delivery Analyst to act as the first point of contact for all IT related support queries, and is responsible for providing timely and efficient first and second level technical support. The position is responsible for providing customer service, exceeding users’ expectations and for driving high levels of user satisfaction. Skills & responsibilities minimum 1 – 3 years’ operational support experience in customer facing roles, experience with microsoft windows, office 365 and active directory, networking and desktop applications, basic network topology knowledge, microsoft certified professional and / or itil foundation v3 certified highly regarded, relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience highly regarded, a willingness to provide exceptional customer service, demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in following procedures, on‐site support for end user devices such has laptops, tablets, phones, printers and other peripheral devices, as well as supporting and troubleshooting software, strong troubleshooting, problem solving and communication skills.
