ICT Help Desk Analyst Uniting (Victoria and Tasmania) Limited location Melbourne, CBD and Inner Suburbs. About the opportunity this role is responsible for providing support to large volume of users within a complex environment. As the first point of contact for enquiries and delivery of IT support, the Help Desk Analyst provides top tier customer service to end users. As part of the ICT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective support of the information and communications technology that underpins Uniting services and is critical in the achievement of Uniting's strategic goals. This position will work within the Help Desk team and in partnership with other ICT teams in providing support services for a diverse geographical region. Additionally, you will work closely within the ICT team in the assessment and effective rationalisation of ICT support requirements across a diverse range of services and sites while concurrently managing relationships and expectations of a large stakeholder base. About you have, in your previous role, demonstrated experience using itil processes and compatible technologies to maintain service support excellence. You will have demonstrated ability in the following areas itil framework, customer support, microsoft office 365 support and administration, windows and/or mac desktop support, technical troubleshooting, you have a collaborative approach and the ability to develop and influence a change agenda to a range of stakeholders, including suppliers, staff and senior management. Your excellent communication skills and confidence to speak to stakeholders at all levels, with a pro-active, solution focused, and customer centric work approach, will help you succeed in this role.
