The role as the Hydraulic Divisional Manager, you’ll be key to expanding the company’s internal services by establishing and leading a new Hydraulic Division.

Working closely with the Internal Services Manager and CEO, you will drive the setup, operational performance, and project delivery of this new division, guiding and growing the team and ensuring efficient and cost-effective project management.

You’ll oversee the integration of suppliers, contractors, and resources to meet timelines and budgets. This role would be ideal for a skilled Hydraulic or Plumbing Manager with strong commercial industry experience and a Plumbing Contractor Licence looking to step up into a leadership role.

A day in the life of the Hydraulic Divisional Manager may include strategy planning to establish the division, supporting licensing, documentation, and supplier engagement. Overseeing operational performance and driving divisional growth and gross profit.

Coordinating design and project delivery, including site visits, scoping, problem-solving, and budgeting. Managing safety requirements, implementing a WHS system, and conducting regular site inspections. Preparing finance and progress reports, ensuring projects are on track for delivery and profitability.

About You Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Trade Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services or Trade Certificate III in Plumbing. Plumbing Contractor Licence is essential. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial Hydraulic industry. Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills. Initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
