About the role we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor (3+ years) to join our Tamaki Makaurau & Northland HR Advisory team, based out of our offices in Greenlane, Auckland.

This is a hands-on role that will see you working in a dynamic environment, where you will be supporting our District and Service Centre based leaders with HR matters.

This role is a true generalist position which involves supporting your own caseload, working in collaboration with other people related functions within the business. Our focus is to provide a wide variety of technical and solution orientated HR advice to support, coach and guide managers within the business.

You will be focused on partnering with your portfolio, and advising in an ever evolving, fast paced business - in order to build and maintain our value driven practices.

Working with the Police Collective Employment Agreements and Police Policies is also a key part of the role. Understanding application of these policies, risk assessment and intent to ensure a best outcome approach is critical.
