OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for professional growth. YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the National HSE Manager, you will provide data and knowledge management support to the safety & compliance group. This includes collation, production and dissemination of team information and reports through document management systems.

This is the perfect role for a genuine team player looking to start their career in compliance assurance, whilst utilising their already strong administrative skills in a KPI driven environment.

Working from Orchard Hills, on the lands of the Dharug people, your role will be critical to our successful operations in the following ways:

Collation and entry of data to support HSE and Quality compliance reporting

Prepare management reports and support the analysis of data

Provide clerical support e.g. prepare meeting agendas and record minutes

Assist in the drafting and review of work instructions and business documentation

Operate business information systems e.g. Microsoft Office SharePoint and Intelex

Implement best practice document control and records management techniques in consultation with the EO Services Quality Manager

Support the EOS HSE Manager by monitoring HSE systems, managing incident and Non Conformance data

Advise staff and management on the resolution of issues relating to document control and records management

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Cert IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experience within a similar role (document & report management)

Great stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

Previous experience within logistics, warehouse and/or Defence would be highly advantageous
