HR Truck Driver Darling Downs Metals location Toowoomba and Darling Downs. $30 – $35 per hour + super.

The opportunity we are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible. Role HR Pickup and Delivery Driver. Location: Toowoomba. Expected Hours of Work: 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour.

Our daily operations consist of collecting and processing scrap metal and non-ferrous materials from around the Toowoomba Region. We also do demolition work in QLD and NSW. About the role we are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. No two days are the same - You would collect scrap metal or non-ferrous from our customers and bring it back to the yard to be processed using our fleet of vehicles - hook truck, flattop or marrell truck.

Main Responsibilities will include but limited to loading/unloading and driving HR trucks. Ensure truck is kept in a clean and well-maintained condition. Forklift operation.

Experience and qualifications must be experienced with current HR licence. Previous skip truck, HI-AB crane truck experience favourable. Need to be physically fit. Have a good knowledge of the Darling Downs area. Must have good communication skills.

Willing to work as a team. Pass a drug & alcohol medical. Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance and customer service. Be willing to undertake a police check if required. Forklift Licence favourable.
