About the role reporting to the ceo fraser short, this role will be responsible for lead the quarterly business planning process including planning workshops, facilitation and coaching on goal setting, coach full time employees on the development of their individual performance plans (ipps), interpret the hr metrics dashboard for each venue and use this information to pre-empt problems and coach venue leaders on how to improve employee retention, engagement and productivity, review existing hr systems, policies and procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and the lead the execution of improvement strategies and projects. About you we are seeking a savvy hr consultant 5+ years hr generalist experience in the hospitality or retail industries, degree qualified in hr, ir or related field, passion for all things people, experience leading and executing business planning processes, experience in leading company wide hr projects and/or hr systems rollouts, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage up and influence, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, excellent time management and prioritisation skills, demonstrated ability to make informed decisions in a high pressure environment, flexible working hours, this is a part time role for 20 hours per week with flexible working hours to work around external commitments.
