HR or Office Administrator 1st Call Recruitment location Auckland.

Exciting opportunity has come up for a HR/office administrator to start work with this modern well known brand. Located conveniently close to Ellerslie. This is a Monday to Friday, full time permanent position office based.

About the role this role interacts with different internal stakeholders across the business to ensure that you get to make this role your own. HR, H & S compliances, office administration is 70% of the role. Assisting Branches with HR practices and processes. Writing job ads, Assisting in the recruitment process, Manage visa and NZ Immigration compliance, Scheduling of meetings, Create employment agreements for new employees, Inductions, Manage apprentice programmes, Assist branches with H & S process, Scheduling and minuting, And much more.

Skills and experience proficient in business writing. Experience in a similar role preferred. Solid organisational skills. Must love dogs.
