Responsibilities sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals, maintain employees & clients database and networks, coordinate employees to fill job orders from clients, developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face, process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications and employee leaves of absence, prepare weekly payroll and facilitate the transfer of payment to employees. Requirements at least an n/o level, professional certificate/ nitec, diploma or bachelor degree, no experience is welcome, excellent communication skills, able to work independently as well as be a team player, proficient in the use of microsoft word, excel, powerpoint. Other information salary negotiable, location eunos, 6 days work week, working hours 1pm-7pm.
