HR cum Admin Assistant location Chinatown / Tanjong Pagar, Central. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name COPPERCO. Education Level O-Level.

Role & responsibilities managing of Incoming calls and walk-in guests. Assist HR in Basic HR Admin duties. Order Stationaries and Pantry Items.  Handles new part time recruitment and application.  Liaise with Recruitment agencies on the Part time Application. Issue Letter of Appointment, confirmation, termination, etc. Follow up on Staff confirmation. Perform other ad-hoc and administrative duties as per assigned.

Requirements skilled in Timesoft system is a must. At least O level and above with 1-year relevant experience. Able to multi task and work independently. Knowledge in MS Office and Excel. Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
