HR Coordinators location Orchard / River Valley, Central. Meeting individual and team sales targets. Business Development of clients, managing of clientele interests and needs. Using networking, marketing skills, business development to attract business from client companies. Develop a good understanding of clients companies, their industry, their work culture and environment. Matching of candidates for temporary or contract positions according to clients requirement. Provide recruitment consultation to candidates and recommend suitable jobs exposure. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes. Receiving and reviewing applications managing interviews and matching candidates to job positions. Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits. Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression. Posting of job advertisements on web portal and newspaper media. Conducting company site visits to ensure safety precautions are in place. Self-motivated, positive, responsible at work and team player. Enthusiastic, goal orientated, consistent and ability to multi-task. Challenging, dynamic and fast pace environment. Working location orchard, working hours 8.30am to 6.00pm (monday to friday).
