The ideal candidate will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes while contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and related data.
Help coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
Handle HR correspondence and documentation as required.
Support employee engagement and HR projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
