HR Administrator – 6 month fixed term contract
Location: Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch, Perth
Onsite role, 5 days a week

Reporting to the HR Connect Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital, this Human Resources Administrator (HRMS) role will assist and manage a specific project. You’ll be required to learn and understand the various WA Health Industrial Instruments to be successful with this project. There may be incidental assistance required with general administration, HR general queries, and recruitment administration support. Training will be provided.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with high attention to detail and diligence combined with speed and flexibility/adaptability to ensure this project is successful within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a HR Administrator, you will provide professional and timely administrative support across the employee lifecycle. In this fast-paced role, you will:
Learn the various WA Health Industrial Instruments
Complete Permanency Reviews in line with SMHS policies and procedures
Assist HR Business Partners and HR Connect Manager with project management administrative support
Support the team with general administrative tasks as required, including answering the hunt line and answering project queries in the inbox
Other duties as required by the HR Connect Manager
