Your opportunity this is a customer facing role requiring previous experience in the property management or community housing industries. Your key responsibilities will be to conducting all of the arrangements to lease vacant properties quickly and effectively. Work with tenants to assist and support them in maintaining their tenancies.

Carry out property inspections every 6 months and completing required property reports. Attend court/tribunal hearings where necessary to represent the interest of the organisation. Ensure tenancy and property records are kept up to date and information recorded meets the organisations and Regulatory standards. Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Actively contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support. Requirements for Success. Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups. Community housing experience or property management experience required. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and NCAT process would be preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office products for reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Current Drivers’ Licence, WWCC are essential. Senior First Aid Certificate or willingness to gain one. COVID-19 vaccination proof essential. As part of our Employment screening process you will also be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and will need a Working with Children Check.
