Ingenia Taigum Rentals offers comfortable, affordable, and community-focused living for residents of all ages in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a casual role where additional hours may be able to be picked up during peak seasons.

In this role you’ll

Clean rooms, communal areas, and appliances to a high standard
Replenish supplies and remove expired items from fridges
Maintain tidy and well-stocked storage areas
Safely handle cleaning equipment and chemicals
Report maintenance needs, damage, or lost property

Have strong attention to detail and time management
Can work independently and follow instructions
Are friendly and professional, with good communication skills
Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
Hold a current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
