Hotel Reservations, Hospitality and Gaming Staff Rye Hotel location Mornington Peninsula and Bass Coast. Salary $25 - $34.99 per hour.

Rye Hotel is an established and iconic coastal venue located on the stunning Mornington Peninsula beachfront. We are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and expansion within our substantial hospitality and 44 suite accommodation venue, with further redevelopment currently underway to build our live music presence in the region.

We are seeking experienced staff with current RSA / RSG / TAB / RMS accreditation to join our enthusiastic team in the areas of accommodation Reservations (RMS experience a distinct advantage). Food & Beverage (current RSA accreditation essential). Gaming (current RSG accreditation essential). Wagering (must have TAB accreditation).

You will need to possess flexibility in working to a roster in meeting the needs of our overnight guests and entertainment venue patrons in F&B and Gaming & Wagering, including nights and weekends. A high level of personal presentation is a must, as is punctuality and professionalism.  A mindset for initiative and continuous improvement are other important characteristics that we are looking for in our team.

Consistency in high quality customer service is paramount.  While supervision will allow you to develop the skills and knowledge specific to the role, there will be times where you will depend on your knowledge of the venue and experience learned about product and service offered, to overcome busy periods where the venue is in full swing at peak times.
