Description
Horticultural Nursery Assistant Kp Trust location Auckland. $28 per hour.
We are seeking a gardener and nursery labourer for our 360ha farm in Pakiri, located 1.5 hours’ drive north of Auckland. Tasks include collecting, loading, unloading, and moving garden supplies and equipment preparing garden sites and plots using hand tools and machines, assisting with planting and transplanting flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.
Maintaining gardens, plants and trees and adjusting watering systems and feeding plants. Cleaning gardens and removing weeds and maintaining trees. Assisting with propagating, planting and potting seeds, bulbs, and cuttings. Tending plants by hand watering and weeding, adjusting, and maintaining mist irrigation systems, shade housework and harvesting and packaging plants.
