YMCA Holt Early Learning Centre YMCA location ACT. YMCA Holt Early Learning Centre - Certificate 3 and Diploma. The YMCA of Canberra's Children's Services is focused on providing high quality Education and Care. We are currently seeking motivated Educators to work at Holt ELC in fulltime roles. This role will require you to work in a team and take a hands on role in the day to day care and education of the children within our ELC. You will also be required to participate in reflective practice, communicate with families, follow YMCA policy and procedures and work in accordance with all regulatory requirements. To be successful in this position you will possess be currently studying or already completed a certificate iii or diploma in early education and care, a passion for assisting children grow and learn in their formative years and some experience working with children in the 0-5 age group, you will need to posses a current wwvp check (or be able and willing obtain) and if you have a first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificate it would be an advantage, if you have the passion and enthusiasm to join a dynamic team then this is the right role for you.
