Holiday Park Assistants - Permanent Position Hanmer Springs TOP 10 Holiday Park is seeking an enthusiastic couple who are passionate about people and customer service to join our team. Experience in the holiday park industry is unnecessary but would be an advantage.

As a Premium TOP 10 Holiday Park, we see ourselves as ambassadors to our park experience, unique local environment, and village. You will need an eye for detail, superb customer service skills, and the drive and passion to help our guests make "memories for life."

While the primary role of this position is housekeeping -cleaning of rooms & amenities, duties will also include reception duties. Laundry work. Maintenance and gardening. Support to our management team. This role requires you to work during school holidays and weekends, including split shifts.

Our successful candidates will have the following attributes excellent computer skills - knowledge of NewBook would be an advantage; training will be given. Customer service focused. Be able to work unsupervised and have a mature outlook. Level-headed and work well under pressure.

Be a problem solver. Adaptable and resourceful. Maintain a tidy and well-presented appearance. Healthy - with a reasonable level of fitness. Have a cheerful and friendly disposition - with a good sense of humour. Demonstrate good communication skills.

Fluent in both spoken and written English. Be New Zealand Residents, or hold valid working visas with bank accounts and IRD numbers. Ideally, be available from now until at least the end of March 2025. Hanmer Springs, located 90 minutes north of Christchurch, is an all-year-round alpine village.
