Help-desk Assistant location Bedok / Upper East Coast, East. Job Type Contract. Company Name RecruitFirst Pte Ltd. Education Level Not Applicable.
Location Bedok, duration 8 months, salary $2.5-2.8k/month, working hours 8:30am to 10:30pm, - rostered schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days etc).
Duties an helpdesk and answer enquiries from public calls. Log calls and key in details of the call. Answer technical queries based on provided information. Troubleshoot common technical issues faced by customers. Escalate to and work with support engineers on uncommon technical issues. Log all calls and monitors and log the closure of issues raised.
Job requirements familiar with desktop and mobile browsers. Able to answer phone queries in English clearly.
