Health and Safety Systems Coordinator AAM Investment Group location Brisbane.

About the role the Safety & Systems Coordinator will assist in supporting safety governance with operational leaders across the business to promote health and safety programs and initiatives, while providing appropriate analysis and reporting of safety performance. This is an exciting and diverse role assisting our teams nationally in achieving the health and safety strategy of the business.

Key responsibilities include support the development, delivery and implementation of safety programs to meet safety strategy and plans. Maintain controlled documents in accordance with the safety management System requirements.

Liaise with operational leaders to support continuous health and safety improvements. Assist with incident investigations. Assist with preparing Workplace Health and Safety reports, information, data, and analytics to allow for monitoring and reporting.

Ideally the successful candidate will have Tertiary qualifications within the field of WHS or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience. Software systems administration experience and capability, Rapid Global highly desirable.

High level of competency in Microsoft Office products including Power BI and SharePoint. Ability to support and promote change through Health and Safety initiatives and programs. Sound knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety legislation across multiple states. Superior report writing skills.
