Head of Performance Marketing Hello Social location Sydney. Salary $100,000 - $119,999.
Hello Social is looking to set up a performance marketing department to service our existing portfolio of top tier clients. We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to setup and manager the department, creating systems and processes and eventually hiring a team.
About Hello Social has grown to be the largest independent social media agency in Australia. We ideate complex and creative marketing campaigns for the likes of Uber, Amazon and many more. We once dropped Influencers off at the Melbourne Cup in a helicopter.
Our team of 30+ consists of producers, community managers, ads experts, account directors and strategists. If a client has a need in social media, we can execute it. We have a large open plan office next to The Winery in Surry Hills and a culture that embraces learning and change.
The role Head of Performance Marketing is a new role at Hello Social and we are offering a new service. Hello Social is already leading the market in content production and social media execution, we are diversifying into performance marketing to allow us to offer a more full-funnel service, using our content creation as a USP.
We are looking for a person to run the performance department, including everything from meeting clients, doing the actual work and in time, hiring more team members. This is a dream role for an aspiring performance marketing expert.
The role is primarily focused on
Setting up the Performance Marketing department. Setting up omni channel performance marketing campaigns. Delivering reports. Meet with prospective client to understand their needs and then assist in the pitching process to secure their business. Setting up complex conversion ad campaigns and media budgets. Optimising large scale multi-variant split tests to better achieve objectives. Managing client relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have the following 4+ years in Facebook ad performance management. 4+ years Google Adwords experience. A strong understanding of Google Analytics. Client management experience. This role is paying between $90-110k package for the right candidate.
