This NFP is a well-known and respected organisation with a strong sense of purpose and a clear mission. People and culture are at the heart of the business and its planned growth so they are looking for an experienced Executive HR leader who can develop and deliver strategies that enable the successful growth and transformation of the business.

The role as Head of People and Culture, you will report directly to the CEO and will, supported by a small team, develop and deliver dynamic strategies in Organisational Development, Remuneration, Engagement, Talent Acquisition and High Performance.

You will be responsible for leading and empowering the People and Culture team to drive effective implementation and embedding of HR initiatives. Actively participate as an Executive leader by providing functional expertise, critical thinking and challenge, as well as support, for peer colleagues. Evolve the culture as the organisation scales, applying change management principles and ensuring the best bits of the current culture are retained. Enhance internal communications to be an effective platform that conveys clarity and purpose, resulting in increased employee engagement.

Lead the organisation's approach to remuneration, reward and recognition. Build on the EVP and create market-leading Talent Acquisition capability. Create a high-performance culture which focuses on the delivery of clear outcomes, addresses underperformance and where a feedback culture fosters continuous improvement.

The criteria to be considered for this role, you must be a seasoned People and Culture Leader with extensive experience operating at an Executive level across multiple sectors.

You will be a broad generalist with deep experience in Organisation Design, Development and Culture. Have extensive experience in Change Management and Communications. Be able to build relationships and know how to navigate your agenda within the organisation as well as at Board level.

Be an ideas generator and have a natural curiosity that makes you a thought leader in your field. Be known for using critical challenge effectively to shape thinking and for thinking and acting at pace. Have the ability to think strategically and deliver operationally. Have extensive experience coaching, developing and managing staff.
