Head of People and Culture HR Partners location Sydney.

Partnering with the executive leadership team and reporting into the Chief Executive Officer the Head of People and Culture will design, develop and execute the people strategy in line with the organisation goals and objectives. This is a hands on Head of role, you are able to flex between the creation of people strategy and tactical delivery of the people plan.

As part of a broad generalist HR remit key accountabilities will include talent Management; from talent attraction and acquisition, onboarding, training, succession planning and capability and leadership development. Managing the People side of change initiatives to include embedding new technologies and operating models. Driving and championing culture across a geographically dispersed group and a variety of operating models.

Additional HR Projects and initiatives will arise which may include acquisition activity as part of a broad and all encompassing HR generalist remit. Total reward and remuneration. WHS will sit under this portfolio. Employee relations and award interpretation. You will need to be commercially astute and are analytical and can interpret data to drive positive organisational outcomes though relevant and sustainable HR practice with customer experience in mind.

You are a professional who has credibility at the executive level and also walks the floors, you enjoy partnering at all levels of an organisation and are visible and a ture culture ambassador in a non-hierarchical structure.

You are able to demonstrate evidence of successful as a People and Culture leader with tangible results and evidence of delivering in a Head of or HR leadership role. We will explore diverse industry sector experience though experience within aviation, hospitality, retail and corporate will be advantageous.
