Position Head Chef / Executive Chef ( Fine Dining ), Working days 6 days, Salary $4,000 - $5,000 (Depend experience), location Orchard.

Job Responsibility / Requirement. A graduate from culinary school. Experience in creating western/contemporary menu. Creative and passionate in delivering quality dishes.

Able to manage the cafe kitchen operation and team member effectively. Able to work with management team in the day to day operations of the kitchen. Play a key role in supervising and developing the kitchen team. Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery. Communicate effectively across all departments from kitchen to front of house.

Fully experience and capable to manage the end-to-end steps of menu creation, costing, product launch and menu refinement by working closely with the kitchen crew and management team. This role is not for the faint-hearted and comes with high-expectation that the candidate can set him/herself apart above the average players in the industry and this role will open up opportunity to step into the management position as part of career progression.
