Gemini is a small neighbourhood wine bar with a strong local following and a genuine community spirit. We serve a Euro-leaning, seasonal menu that’s high-quality but never fussy — food that pairs beautifully with a glass of wine (or coffee). From breakfast through supper, our kitchen team brings creativity and passion to every dish.
With a small, close-knit kitchen, we’re looking for a Head Chef who thrives in hands-on environments and enjoys leading small teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape menus, influence the direction of the venue, and be part of a team that values both excellence and balance.
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in a similar style venue.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced kitchen.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong knowledge of seasonal produce, contemporary food trends, and menu costing.
Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continued professional growth.
