Your Role

Lead & Develop the Team: Inspire and mentor a high-performing kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
Drive Strategy & Innovation: Develop Mediterranean-inspired menus and contribute to Aplenty’s long-term vision.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee seamless kitchen operations, managing costs, resources, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage staff; ensure smooth daily operations.
Kitchen & Event Management: Oversee production schedules, inventory, and cost control.
Menu Development: Create innovative, seasonal menus aligned with Aplenty’s vision.
Customer Experience: Balance operational efficiency with exceptional client satisfaction.
Compliance & Admin: Manage WHS standards, payroll, invoices, and supplier communications.
The Ideal Candidate

Experienced in event catering & kitchen leadership.
Strong in food costing, operations, and team management.
Passionate about food, hospitality, and mentoring others.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives under pressure.
Tech-savvy with tools like Xero, Excel, and Deputy.
